كيف تقبل دعوة عائلة جوجل؟

خطوات قبول الدعوة

    افتح رسالة الدعوة

    ابحث في بريدك عن رسالة من Google بعنوان دعوة للانضمام إلى عائلة.

    إذا لم تجدها، افتح مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (Spam) ومجلد العروض الترويجية.

    تأكد من الحساب ثم اضغط البدء

    تأكد أن البريد الظاهر هو نفس البريد الذي كتبته في طلبك، ثم اضغط البدءGet started.

    إذا ظهر بريد آخر، راجع المشكلة رقم 7 بالأسفل.

    اضغط الانضمام إلى العائلة

    اضغط الانضمام إلى العائلةJoin family. قد يطلب منك جوجل كلمة مرور حسابك للتأكيد، وهذا طبيعي.

    كلمة المرور تُكتب في صفحة جوجل فقط، ونحن لا نطلبها منك أبدًا.

1رسالة: يجب أن تكون في نفس البلد

السبب

حسابك مرتبط بدولة مختلفة عن دولة العائلة، والسبب ملف الدفع (Payments profile) في حسابك.

الحل

  1. افتح الموقع payments.google.com وسجّل الدخول بنفس البريد.
  2. اضغط الإعداداتSettings.
  3. انزل إلى أسفل الصفحة واضغط إغلاق ملف الدفعClose payments profile.
  4. اختر أي سبب، ثم اضغط متابعةContinue، ثم إغلاق ملف الدفعClose payments profile للتأكيد.
  5. ارجع إلى رسالة الدعوة واضغط قبول الدعوةAccept invitation مرة أخرى.

تنبيه: إغلاق ملف الدفع يلغي الاشتراكات المدفوعة المرتبطة به في Google Play. إذا عندك اشتراكات تريد الاحتفاظ بها، راسلنا قبل الإغلاق.

2رسالة: أنت بالفعل عضو في عائلة أخرى

السبب

حساب جوجل يمكنه أن يكون في عائلة واحدة فقط.

الحل

  1. افتح الموقع families.google.com.
  2. اضغط القائمة ☰ ثم مغادرة مجموعة العائلةLeave family group.
  3. أدخل كلمة مرور حسابك واضغط مغادرةLeave.
  4. ارجع إلى رسالة الدعوة واضغط قبول الدعوةAccept invitation.

إذا كنت أنت مدير تلك العائلة، اختر حذف مجموعة العائلةDelete family group بدلًا من المغادرة.

3رسالة: لا يمكنك تغيير العائلة الآن
لا يمكنك تغيير العائلة الآنيمكنك التبديل إلى عائلة أخرى مرة واحدة كل 12 شهرًا.حسنًا

السبب

غيّرت عائلتك خلال آخر 12 شهرًا، وجوجل تسمح بالتغيير مرة واحدة في السنة.

الحل

  1. هذا القيد من جوجل ولا يمكن تجاوزه على نفس البريد.
  2. أرسل لنا بريد Gmail آخر عبر واتساب، وسنرسل الدعوة إليه.
4رسالة: هذا الحساب لا يمكنه الانضمام

السبب

بريدك تابع لشركة أو جامعة (لا ينتهي بـ @gmail.com).

الحل

  1. العائلة تقبل حسابات Gmail الشخصية فقط.
  2. أرسل لنا بريد Gmail شخصي عبر واتساب، وسنرسل الدعوة إليه.
5رسالة: الدعوة منتهية أو غير صالحة
هذه الدعوة لم تعد صالحةربما انتهت صلاحيتها أو تم استخدامها من قبل.حسنًا

السبب

الدعوة تنتهي بعد 14 يومًا، ورابطها يعمل مرة واحدة فقط.

الحل

  1. راسلنا على واتساب برقم طلبك.
  2. سنرسل لك دعوة جديدة خلال دقائق.
  3. افتح الدعوة الجديدة واتبع الخطوات من البداية.
6لم تصلني رسالة الدعوة
لا توجد رسائل جديدةلم تصل رسالة الدعوة إلى البريد الوارد.حسنًا

السبب

غالبًا الرسالة في مجلد آخر، أو البريد المكتوب في الطلب فيه خطأ.

الحل

  1. افتح مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (Spam) ومجلد العروض الترويجية.
  2. ابحث في بريدك عن كلمة family أو عائلة.
  3. تأكد أن البريد في طلبك مكتوب بشكل صحيح. إذا فيه خطأ، راسلنا لنصحّحه.
7الدعوة فُتحت على حساب آخر
هذه الدعوة لحساب آخرأنت مسجّل الدخول بحساب مختلف عن الحساب المدعو.حسنًا

السبب

في جهازك أكثر من حساب جوجل، والمتصفح فتح الدعوة على الحساب الخطأ.

الحل

  1. في رسالة الدعوة، اضغط مطوّلًا على زر قبول الدعوةAccept invitation واختر نسخ الرابطCopy link.
  2. افتح نافذة تصفح خاصة (Incognito) في المتصفح.
  3. الصق الرابط، وسجّل الدخول بالبريد الذي وصلته الدعوة فقط.
  4. أكمل الخطوات من الخطوة 3.
8عندي اشتراك Google One أو Gemini مدفوع
لديك اشتراك فعّال بالفعلألغِ اشتراكك الحالي قبل استخدام خطة العائلة.حسنًا

السبب

اشتراكك الشخصي المدفوع يتعارض مع اشتراك العائلة، وقد يستمر خصمه منك.

الحل

  1. افتح الموقع one.google.com.
  2. اضغط الإعداداتSettings ثم إدارة الاشتراكManage membership.
  3. اضغط إلغاء الاشتراكCancel membership وأكّد.
  4. إذا كان الاشتراك من Google Play: افتح متجر Play ← صورة حسابك ← الدفعات والاشتراكاتPayments & subscriptions ← الاشتراكاتSubscriptions ← Google One ← إلغاء الاشتراكCancel membership.
9قبلت الدعوة ولم يظهر PRO

السبب

التفعيل يحتاج دقائق، أو أنك تستخدم Gemini بحساب آخر.

الحل

  1. انتظر 15 دقيقة بعد قبول الدعوة.
  2. سجّل الخروج من حسابك ثم سجّل الدخول مرة أخرى.
  3. افتح gemini.google.com واضغط صورة حسابك أعلى الصفحة، وتأكد أنه نفس البريد المدعو.
  4. افتح one.google.com، ويجب أن تجد Google AI Pro مكتوبًا في الصفحة.

How to accept your Google family invite

Activate Gemini Pro on your own email in two minutes. Follow the steps in order. If you see an error, the fix is below.

  • You haven't switched families in the last 12 months

How to accept the invite

    Open the invite email

    Look in your inbox for an email from Google inviting you to join a family.

    Can't find it? Check your Spam and Promotions folders.

    Make sure the email shown is the same one you gave us in your order, then tap Get startedالبدء.

Why

Your account is linked to a different country than the family, because of the payments profile on your account.

Fix

  1. Go to payments.google.com and sign in with the same email.
  2. Tap Settingsالإعدادات.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Close payments profileإغلاق ملف الدفع.
  4. Pick any reason, tap Continueمتابعة, then Close payments profileإغلاق ملف الدفع to confirm.
  5. Go back to the invite email and tap Accept invitationقبول الدعوة again.

Note: closing the payments profile cancels paid Google Play subscriptions linked to it. If you have subscriptions you want to keep, message us first.

2Error: you're already in another family
You're already in a familyYou can only be in one family group at a time.OK

Why

A Google account can only be in one family.

Fix

  1. Go to families.google.com.
  2. Tap the menu ☰, then Leave family groupمغادرة مجموعة العائلة.
  3. Enter your password and tap Leaveمغادرة.
  4. Go back to the invite email and tap Accept invitationقبول الدعوة.

If you are the manager of that family, choose Delete family groupحذف مجموعة العائلة instead.

3Error: you can't switch families yet

Why

You switched families in the last 12 months. Google allows one switch per year.

Fix

  1. This is Google's rule and can't be bypassed on the same email.
  2. Send us another Gmail address on WhatsApp and we will invite it instead.

Why

Your email belongs to a company or school (it does not end with @gmail.com).

Fix

  1. Families only accept personal Gmail accounts.
  2. Send us a personal Gmail address on WhatsApp and we will invite it.
5Error: the invite expired or is not valid

Why

Invites expire after 14 days, and each link works only once.

Fix

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We will send you a new invite within minutes.
  3. Open the new invite and follow the steps from the start.
6I didn't get the invite email

Why

The email is usually in another folder, or the address in the order has a typo.

Fix

  1. Check your Spam and Promotions folders.
  2. Search your mailbox for the word family.
  3. Check that the email in your order is spelled correctly. If not, message us to fix it.
7The invite opened on another account
This invite is for another accountYou're signed in with a different account.OK

Why

You have more than one Google account on your device, and the browser used the wrong one.

Fix

  1. In the invite email, long-press Accept invitationقبول الدعوة and choose Copy linkنسخ الرابط.
  2. Open a private (Incognito) window in your browser.
  3. Paste the link and sign in only with the email that received the invite.
  4. Continue from step 3.
8I have a paid Google One or Gemini plan
You already have an active planCancel your current plan before using the family plan.OK

Why

Your own paid plan conflicts with the family plan, and you may keep being charged.

Fix

  1. Go to one.google.com.
  2. Tap Settingsالإعدادات, then Manage membershipإدارة الاشتراك.
  3. Tap Cancel membershipإلغاء الاشتراك and confirm.
  4. If you subscribed on Google Play: open Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptionsالدفعات والاشتراكات → Subscriptionsالاشتراكات → Google One → Cancel membershipإلغاء الاشتراك.
9I joined but PRO doesn't show

Why

Activation can take a few minutes, or you are using Gemini with another account.

Fix

  1. Wait 15 minutes after joining.
  2. Sign out of your account, then sign in again.
  3. Open gemini.google.com, tap your profile picture at the top, and check it is the invited email.
  4. Open one.google.com. You should see Google AI Pro on the page.
